Revvie ("the Service") is a platform that connects GitHub and Slack to provide PR notifications, gamified code reviews, AI-powered review nudges, and daily digests. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revvie and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you provide through GitHub or Slack.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revvie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Slack and GitHub integrations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via Slack or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
